Description

You will build distributed systems for telemetry, observability, and data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs for log collection, analysis, and operational metrics using SNMP, gNMI, and RESTful telemetry.
• Build and maintain distributed tracing, secrets management, and configuration repositories.
• Manage PUBSUB systems, event messaging, and container build automation.
• Implement continuous delivery pipelines and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate within an Agile scrum team to deliver highly-available real-time distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software and systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Go or Java.
• Experience delivering large-scale systems using Kafka, Splunk, and the Prometheus/Loki/Grafana or ELK stacks.
• Expertise in time series databases and stream processing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of network observability and telemetry (SNMP, gNMI, RESTful APIs).
• Proven ability to deploy container-based applications via CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in building RESTful APIs over data platforms.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts and Git version control.
