Description

You will develop, maintain, and test software for medical robotic systems in a Redwood City lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software running on robotic hardware.
• Execute testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
• Work directly in a lab environment to test software on physical systems.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex engineering problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with multi-threading.
• Ability to work comfortably with hardware during development and testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
