Description

You will own performance testing, automation, and system capacity assessment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test plans and automated scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and generate metrics to provide technical recommendations.
• Identify code defects by analyzing test and operational issues.
• Collaborate with developers, functional testers, and customers to ensure test coverage and resolve discrepancies.
• Assess system capacity impacts during architecture changes and benchmark performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad, including scripting, execution, and CI/CD integration.
• Experience migrating from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad and Selenium integration for end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency with OpenText Performance Center and LoadRunner.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with Datadog and Jira.
• Working knowledge of relational databases including DB2, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of application/system monitoring, servers, networks, and virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and the QA lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
