You will design and deliver scalable software solutions across multiple systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engineering outcomes aligned with project objectives and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges using core engineering principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Document technical processes and findings to support continuous improvement and transparency.
• Support strategic planning efforts through technical consultation and hands-on development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Pega.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
• Experience with Alteryx for data transformation and automation.
• Experience with Kofax OCR tools and UI Path.
• Experience using Generative AI tools and platforms such as GoogleAgent or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like Gitogenin, Vertex AI, or LangChain.
• Ability to work on-site in Roanoke, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in UI Path, Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, or Generative AI/Agentic AI.
