You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Blue Prism.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the full automation lifecycle from discovery and solution design to production implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize scripts through programming changes or configuration updates.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure process accuracy and robustness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on RPA development specifically using Blue Prism.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL/No-SQL databases.
• 8+ years of experience with RESTful web services.
• 4+ years of experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with web development including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol.
• 4+ years of experience with JDBC API development.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including QA and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
