Description

You will build, customize, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and commerce functionality. You will integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other Salesforce services to support customer and order flows, while debugging performance and data consistency issues. You will also support release planning, deployment, testing, and basic Salesforce administration tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts and commerce functionality using platform capabilities.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce services to support customer and order flows.
• Debug and resolve issues across commerce and integration layers, including performance and data consistency problems.
• Support release planning and deployment activities, including testing and validation of commerce changes.
• Assist with Salesforce administration tasks and configuration updates that support commerce and customer engagement use cases.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience building and maintaining e-commerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform to support commerce integrations and customer data flows.
• Strong understanding of commerce operations, troubleshooting, and performance considerations.
• Experience supporting testing and deployment of commerce changes and integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration for configuration and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud for customer service and related integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud for customer engagement use cases.
