Software Engineer - Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across Salesforce systems and applications.
• Own technical design and solution architecture for Life Sciences project implementations.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Omnistudio.
• Integrate Data 360 solutions into Life Sciences workflows and business processes.
• Lead development activities and conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality and scalability.
• Identify and resolve platform limitations, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with client teams, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation outcomes.
• Support deployment activities, testing automation, and DevOps best practices within Salesforce environments.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve solution architecture and maintainability.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices, continuous improvement, and collaborative engineering culture.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and provide scalable solutions across multiple teams and projects.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Flows, Omnistudio, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
• Good understanding of cloud computing principles and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with deployment processes, testing automation, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Life Sciences domain or Veeva CRM.
• Exposure to Data 360 solutions and Life Sciences workflows.
• Salesforce JavaScript and Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Knowledge of Java and enterprise integration patterns.

Certifications Required:

• Data 360 Consultant - Mandatory.
• Omnistudio Developer certification - Desirable.
• Salesforce JavaScript certification - Desirable.
• Agentforce Specialist certification - Desirable.
