Description

You will develop and maintain Salesforce applications, focusing on custom development and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Build reusable Apex code following best practices to maintain high application quality.
• Own project work, identify bugs, and perform debugging to align with requirements.
• Write test classes to ensure at least 80% code coverage and validate bug fixes before production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers across different infrastructure layers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce application development or support.
• Hands-on experience with administration setup, including user management, security controls, roles, and profiles.
• Proficiency in designing custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Experience building Visualforce pages, dashboards, reports, and email generation.
• Practical knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical consultation on Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Experience working within an Agile development team.
