Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations for HCM and Financials modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connector, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Report as a Service (Raas).
• Architect end-to-end Workday solutions and manage technical touchpoints for functional module implementation.
• Execute data migrations from legacy systems to Workday HCM/Financials using iLoads and EIB.
• Perform impact, regression, and system testing to validate code effectiveness before production deployment.
• Manage version control with GIT and document technical designs, high-level designs, and debugging processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio components including Splitters, Sync, Async Mediations, and Java Hash maps.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and Report Writer.
• Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Financials (Fins).
• Ability to analyze and fix defects identified by QA and product owners.
• Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle, from design to UAT and production deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching clients on Workday project approaches and issue management.
