Description

Build cross-platform applications for Linux and Android using C++, C, Python, Qt, and SQLite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform solutions for Linux and Android environments.
• Design and implement UI/UX for embedded and mobile applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs with host systems across virtualized, containerized, and hardware targets.
• Apply object-oriented and functional programming principles to produce maintainable, secure code.
• Support CI, test automation, and software configuration management workflows.

Required Skills

• Proficient in C++, C, and Python.
• Experience with Qt, QML, and Android application platforms.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with build tools such as cmake, ninja, make, and gcc.
• Familiarity with unit test frameworks like Catch2, Google Test, or VectorCAST.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and API methodologies (OpenAPI 3.0).
• Active Secret DoD security clearance.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ within 90 days).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Squish, Selenium, or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Agile management tools like JIRA or VersionOne.
