Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and databases to support business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical designs and UML diagrams into working software using Object Oriented Design principles.
• Develop and test software based on functional requirements gathered from Business Systems Analysts.
• Maintain existing applications by enhancing code and troubleshooting technical or product issues.
• Participate in code reviews, software project meetings, and the development of engineering processes.
• Collaborate with team members and technical leads to ensure component designs integrate with the overall solution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JAVA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience building UIs with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior PBM or healthcare industry experience.
