You will design and develop software solutions for diverse clients while leading and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software tailored to specific client and industry requirements.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical architecture and business tasks.
• Provide architectural solutions and technical guidance to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with automation tools: DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience developing software for Linux or Unix platforms.
• Proficiency in Web Services: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, AJAX.
• Knowledge of network communication protocols and low-level hardware interfacing.
• Experience with automated testing and TDD.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
