Description

You will design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and supply chain modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information processing and design systems using structured analysis and data modeling.
• Define project scope, resources, and timelines for ServiceNow deployments.
• Schedule and conduct workshops with business stakeholders on upstream modules, Procure to Pay, and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and configure architectural solutions in the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
• Develop customizations using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML within the ServiceNow Platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow ITSM implementation and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for web-based scripting.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem management processes.
• Ability to perform legacy data migration and document importing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Supply Chain Management modules.
