You will design, develop, and automate data governance solutions using Google Vault APIs for archival, search, and compliance workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build integration services connecting Google Vault with internal compliance, auditing, and security platforms.
• Develop monitoring scripts to ensure Vault policy configurations align with retention and legal hold requirements.
• Implement scalable Vault data workflows, including exports, holds, and audits, across Gmail, Drive, and Chat.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to support eDiscovery requests and retention policy enforcement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in Python, Go, or Java.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Google Vault administration or automation.
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace Admin SDKs and APIs.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with data access governance, eDiscovery processes, and compliance protocols.
• Working knowledge of OAuth2 authentication, Google Cloud IAM, and service accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, or BigQuery.
• Experience with legal or compliance technology (e.g., Exterro, Relativity).
