Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise infrastructure automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). This includes managing Automation Controller, Automation Hub, Execution Environments, and workflow templates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, and Python automation for provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
• Build REST API integrations and automation frameworks to connect with enterprise platforms, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform engineering teams to automate lifecycle management across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Support automation for AWS, Azure, or GCP environments and monitoring platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go, Shell scripting, and Linux administration.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, YAML, and Jinja2 templating.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ITSM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux administration and operational excellence.
