Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for payment workflows using Java-based frameworks.
• Validate payment lifecycle outcomes including authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, rejects, returns, and refunds.
• Execute API and message validation for payment flows, ensuring correctness of request/response and downstream effects.
• Perform database validation using SQL, including writing and debugging stored procedures where needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve test reliability.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in software testing and automation
• ISO 8583 and payment message validation
• Swift (SWIFT MT/MX) and payment protocol familiarity
• Java and Selenium for automation and scripting
• SQL for DB validation and stored procedure debugging

Good to Have:

• Manual Testing, API Testing, and Functional Testing
• Python for test automation and scripting
