Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical production support for capital market applications and services.
• Monitor production health using Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus dashboards and alerts.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem resolution.
• Support batch processing operations and coordinate scheduling activities.
• Work on automation and operational improvements to reduce recurring support issues.

Experience Required:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in capital markets production support and service engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Experience supporting production systems with a focus on stability, incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to batch scheduling tools and scripting for operational support.

Good to Have:

• Autosys, Control-M, or similar batch scheduling tools.
• Monitoring and alerting experience in enterprise production environments.
• Automation experience for support workflows and recurring operational tasks.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
