Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new application modules, custom applications, and catalog requests within ServiceNow.
• Develop API-based integrations to connect ServiceNow with external applications.
• Capture detailed business requirements and translate them into prioritized user stories.
• Govern development work during Agile sprints and participate in technical code reviews.
• Resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proven experience in workflow and catalog development.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to create well-documented and prioritized user stories.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application development and API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
