Description

You will own the full lifecycle development of applications within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications end-to-end within ServiceNow.
• Define project scope and manage development projects from start to finish.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP.
• Maintain and enhance core modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Service Catalogs, and Service Portals.
• Maintain the CMDB and build ITOM discovery capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Portal development.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP protocol integration.
• Experience maintaining and utilizing the CMDB.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
