Description

You will focus on the development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow GRC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, estimation, and implementation of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Analyze business requirements to develop GRC applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules.
• Experience delivering technical expertise specifically related to the IRM Module.
• Ability to design workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) workflows.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting team upskilling.
