You will develop, implement, and customize ServiceNow GRC solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, estimation, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Analyze business requirements to build GRC applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Experience delivering technical expertise related to the IRM Module.
• Ability to design workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) workflows.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting team upskilling.
