Key Skills: SharePoint, System Engineer, DevOps, Power automate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end engineering for SharePoint Online platform design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Administer SharePoint Online including site collections, permissions, information architecture, and governance controls.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities for collaboration services, ensuring alignment with security and data protection requirements.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 integrations (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform where applicable) and support service transition readiness.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems for live services, performing root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online engineering and platform support.
• Microsoft 365 expertise with strong experience administering and engineering SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment.
• SharePoint governance experience including permissions, information architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting live services and working within IT service management practices.
• Experience with Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power Apps) and DevOps/deployment pipeline practices.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments (healthcare or financial services).

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
