Description

You will own the technical design and development of ServiceNow App Engine and CSM solutions, ensuring architecture aligns with coding standards and configuration guidelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development for ServiceNow App Engine and CSM modules.
• Review and approve designs, scripts, integrations, and data models to ensure quality.
• Guide developers and support defect resolution during build phases.
• Configure forms, UI Policies, workflows, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Build automation using Flow Designer and support Service Portal configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow App Engine and CSM modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API expertise.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Knowledge of security roles, ACLs, and governance standards.
• Experience with update sets, deployments, and environment management.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to regulated or government environments.
