Description

You will own the end-to-end troubleshooting, bug fixing, and configuration management for the software platform, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to software configuration, performance, and system integration.
• Identify, analyze, and fix coding bugs to maintain application stability.
• Review and update app configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
• Provide technical support to customers and address their operational concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices while collaborating with QA and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and database management.
• Ability to use performance monitoring tools and diagnose integration issues.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a customer-facing support or site reliability capacity.
• Background in high-availability distributed systems.
