Description

You will own cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and system reliability for production environments in Miami.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS infrastructure, networking, and system operations.
• Monitor and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and incident management.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues.
• Develop solutions to improve observability, performance, and system reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations, provide after-hours support, and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or site reliability.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Strong development experience with C#/.NET and web-based applications.
• Experience with production monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or Sumo Logic.
• Understanding of site reliability engineering principles and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting high-traffic or e-commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to improve observability and performance through automation.
