Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs and data integration processes in South Plainfield, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL jobs using Talend, Scala, and Unix scripting based on data mapping documents.
• Manage system administration, including user authorizations, project settings, jobserver setup, and port configuration.
• Implement code migrations, disaster recovery, failover support, and clustering strategies.
• Perform source system analysis, data profiling, and create technical specifications.
• Support existing data warehouse applications and HBD cluster systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Talend and Scala.
• Strong Unix scripting skills.
• Experience with Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Ability to implement process design and target data models.
• Experience managing environment security, stability, and user administration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
