Description

You will own technical support and troubleshooting for in-house custom .NET applications. You will resolve software issues, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve software bugs using Visual Studio.
• Analyze and execute SQL statements in SQL Server and Oracle to identify root causes.
• Manage support tickets in ServiceNow following ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams on POC research and infrastructure upgrades.
• Assist the System Operations Team with application deployments and server upgrades in VMWare vSphere.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or software support.
• Strong proficiency with the .NET framework.
• Experience with Web API, REST API, and JSON.
• Ability to write and execute SQL statements in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with HTML5, XML, and Kendo UI Telerik.
• Competency in building and running applications from source control repositories.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to document findings and write knowledge base articles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
