Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications aligned with business needs. You will lead technical architecture discussions and provide expert guidance on full-stack Java technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in code, databases, or configurations and propose effective performance improvements.
• Automate tasks and optimize application performance using monitoring tools and debugging techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
• Lead technical architecture discussions for full-stack Java technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java and Java EE/Jakarta EE applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with Postgres and Oracle databases.
• Experience with REST Webservices and full-stack development.
• Proven track record as a technical architect or senior technical lead.
• Knowledge of Ansible for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cloud concepts, Kubernetes (K8S), Helm charts, and OpenLiberty.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
