Description

You will serve as a technical advisor and enablement specialist for AppDynamics and Splunk solutions, driving visibility and performance monitoring across environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical expertise in AppDynamics and Splunk to resolve business and technical issues.
• Configure policies, alerts, dashboards, and custom settings to ensure comprehensive environment visibility.
• Train users on best practices and features to monitor performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Design and develop integrations for AppDynamics and Splunk into daily operations.
• Document full product deployments and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and Splunk platforms.
• Java development background.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Experience designing manual and automated test cases.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
