Description

You will build and maintain core system components across the entire software stack, from drivers to frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system components spanning drivers, kernel, and frameworks.
• Debug complex, system-level issues across kernel to application layers.
• Profile performance issues and drive optimizations throughout the stack.
• Bring up new devices, performing necessary debugging and tuning.
• Integrate components from partner teams and drive their ongoing development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AOSP or Embedded Linux development.
• Experience with systems software within large-scale C/C++ codebases.
• Proficiency in C/C++ Standards and Linux Kernel internals.
• Knowledge of Android SDK, NDK, JNI, and Java.
• Familiarity with operating system internals and framework services.
• Experience utilizing source control, unit tests, bug tracking, and design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern C/C++ standards and libraries.
• Experience with Android or Linux performance tools.
