Description

You will own the full software development life cycle, from initial research and implementation approach to release, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the software development life cycle, including new product releases, functional enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Develop and communicate technical implementation approaches for assigned projects.
• Proactively communicate project status, technical risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Maintain project hygiene by updating Jira issues and participating in technical reviews.
• Analyze complex technical documents, data models, and process diagrams to write clear business and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development environments.
• Proficiency in .NET and Java.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
• Experience working with micro-services and high-volume web applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with modern front-end stacks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
• Experience with agile practices including TDD, BDD, pair programming, and automated builds.
• Ability to read and interpret complex data models and technical diagrams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with AI/ML.
• Business knowledge of the construction industry.
