Description

You will own the full lifecycle of FircoSoft-based solutions, from design through production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency sanctions screening workflows using FircoSoft components.
• Develop and configure Continuity V6, Screening Preparation, and Firco Utilities.
• Build and maintain Java-based integrations adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
• Analyze production behavior to identify bottlenecks and lead performance tuning.
• Enforce architecture and design standards for FircoSoft implementations while mentoring engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years delivering and supporting FircoSoft solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with FircoSoft, specifically Continuity V6, Screening Preparation, and Firco Utilities.
• Strong development expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with integration technologies such as IBM MQ and Kafka.
• Experience with scripting (Shell Scripting) and database interaction (Oracle SQL & PL/SQL).
• Ability to design and implement microservices and messaging-based solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins.
• Practical experience or formal training in Kubernetes and AWS concepts.
• End-to-end knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
