Software Engineer/Technical Lead

You will drive technical execution for Sales Performance Management (SPM) projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing data structures in Oracle databases and prepare them for migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define POC scenarios, execution plans, and data requirements.
• Develop code for data extraction, transformation, and migration to SaaS platforms via APIs and file transfers.
• Perform load and performance testing to evaluate product scalability.
• Provide technical recommendations based on testing results and data analytics.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL and REST APIs.
• 2-5 years hands-on experience with AWS and S3.
• Proven experience with Data Migration processes.
• Experience with load and performance testing.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and cloud architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
