Description

You will own the development and maintenance of automated test suites for our services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end automation test suites using Playwright or Selenium, preferably following a BDD approach.
• Write and validate tests for scalable, highly available Restful APIs and microservices using JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a distributed services ecosystem.
• Apply best practices in coding, unit testing, and documentation across the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of coding and automation testing experience in JavaScript.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Expert knowledge of automation testing tools like Playwright, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and test RESTful APIs and microservices using JavaScript.
• Practical experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Single-Sign-On mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and API gateway integrations.
• Experience with task/message queues, including Kafka or AWS.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and strong technical research skills.
