Description

You will develop and maintain distributed microservices and RESTful APIs within a containerized environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy services using Docker and container-based distributed systems.
• Design and manage relational database schemas and complex SQL queries.
• Implement asynchronous communication patterns using message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support core system functionality.
• Manage source code and version control workflows using GitHub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL and advanced SQL.
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts including locking, transaction models, isolation levels, and deadlocks.
• Experience designing and implementing microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency using GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with *nix-like environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and integrating with Payroll Providers and Time & Attendance platforms.
