Description

You will build and maintain an enterprise AI platform that automates performance reviews and career framework queries using LLMs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing front-end components using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend integrations with Workday APIs and internal services.
• Implement authentication for Workday connections and manage user-specific data sandboxes.
• Recommend tech stack decisions and integration strategies for the AI platform.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to visualize LLM-generated summaries and metadata.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and backend API development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations or internal HR tech systems.
• Ability to work in agile environments using Jira or Asana.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with ChatGPT API.
• Exposure to Workday APIs, HRIS data models, or tools like ServiceNow and Greenhouse.
