Description

You will design, develop, and maintain the Transactional Billing Automation platform, owning the full lifecycle from contract tracking and prepaid usage calculations to invoice validation and balance management.

You will build responsive web applications and RESTful APIs to automate billing operations, reducing manual processing while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic UI components and reusable architecture using Angular and TypeScript for customer contract and billing management.
• Implement business logic and backend services with Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy for prepaid balances, rollovers, and contract lifecycle management.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries in SQL Server and MySQL for billing data integrity.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure billing accuracy and support safe application enhancements.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with production applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript for front-end development.
• 5+ years of experience with Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2.x, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and Redis caching.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SCSS for responsive design.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL, including writing optimized SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jinja2, Pytest, MyPy, and OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with Apache Superset for building interactive dashboards.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
