Description

Design, develop, and maintain secure, highly available, and globally performant microservices-based platforms on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain fault-tolerant microservices and containerized applications deployed on AWS.
• Resolve production issues identified through monitoring, data checks, or support tickets, including DevOps on-call duties.
• Develop and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines while contributing to code reviews and technical documentation.
• Drive engineering initiatives to reduce technical debt and implement reusable software solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade, distributed applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Web Services.
• Experience developing and consuming standardized, secure RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience working with MongoDB and Git.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards.
• Experience integrating APIs with SaaS and on-prem services like ServiceNow and public data services.
