Description

You will own chatbot documentation, implementation, and rollout while supporting process mining initiatives. This role requires manual bot intervention, technical debugging, and data modeling for process mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Document chatbot projects and manage implementation and rollout phases.
• Perform manual interventions with bots and debug technical issues.
• Create data models for process mining and establish connections between tools and IT systems.
• Execute data transformations for large datasets and raise detailed incidents.
• Translate business drivers into solution building blocks, diagrams, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in software implementation or automation support.
• Proficiency in debugging and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of application design principles and performance engineering.
• Ability to create UI/design elements, business logic, and screen flows.
• Experience with data transformation and large dataset handling.
• Understanding of process mining principles and data modeling.
• Ability to prepare process maps, workflows, and business cases.

Preferred Skills

• Competency in requirement gathering and impact analysis.
• Basic understanding of project management tools, templates, and estimation models.
