Description

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development/engineering experience
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java, Python, Go, C#, or similar languages
• Recent experience writing production code, not only architecture or design
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services
• Experience with microservices and distributed applications
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development
• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience integrating applications with IAM/identity systems
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• Experience with one or more IAM/identity platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or equivalent

IAM Experience

IAM does not necessarily need to be the candidate's primary job title.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-quality software for identity platforms.
• Build REST APIs and backend services supporting identity workflows.
• Develop integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Automate identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access workflows.
• Develop scalable and reliable identity-related services.
• Troubleshoot and debug production software.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Build automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with security and infrastructure teams to implement identity solutions
