You will build and enhance core software features across the platform, leading integrations with major partners and delivering rapid experimentation to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance core software features across the platform.
• Lead integrations with partners in payments, credit reporting, real estate, insurance, and home services.
• Contribute to rapid experimentation to accelerate growth and adoption.
• Plan and deliver key product features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code with minimal review overhead.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in JavaScript, preferably in a startup environment.
• 3+ years of experience using Node.js and React.js, specifically in serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• 3+ years of experience designing and working with data architecture in NoSQL environments.
• 5+ years of experience writing clean, documented code and conducting code reviews.
• Proven ability to deliver features quickly without compromising quality.
• Ability to navigate large codebases and implement safe, efficient updates.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and NoSQL.
