Description

You will build and maintain event tracking, behavioral analytics, and experimentation pipelines for high-traffic web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics, including clicks, scrolls, and session replay.
• Build and maintain A/B testing pipelines and variant routing logic.
• Integrate analytics platforms such as PostHog or GrowthBook.
• Create dashboards and data pipelines to visualize experiment results.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants rapidly.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with modern web frameworks.
• Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• SQL proficiency and basic data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-traffic websites and growth engineering.
• Behavioral analytics tools such as heatmaps and session replay.
• Python for data analysis.
