Build and maintain AI-powered interviewing tools, automation systems, and full-stack services to optimize hiring infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend interfaces using React for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates.
• Build backend services for scheduling, AI transcription, summarization, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate technologies like GPT-4o for interview feedback.
• Expand interview transcription capabilities and implement AI quality checker systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with object-oriented languages (C#, Java, or C++).
• Full-stack experience with C#, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technologies like Postgres or MySQL.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in iterative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL.
