- Administration Experience
- Demonstrated responsibility for administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, or operational support of enterprise applications

- Strong hands-on software engineering background
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications across multiple application layers

What You’ll Do
Application Engineering
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirements through production support
- Design, develop, code, debug, test, and enhance enterprise applications
- Develop maintainable, scalable, and reliable software components
- Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to application development
- Create and maintain backend services, APIs, application integrations, and user-facing functionality
- Review existing code and identify opportunities to improve maintainability, reliability, security, and performance
Safer Payments / AEGIS Support
- Support, administer, configure, and troubleshoot applications associated with Safer Payments and AEGIS
- Investigate production issues affecting fraud detection or payment-processing workflows
- Support application integrations between payment/fraud systems and other enterprise platforms
- Analyze transaction flows, system behavior, and application dependencies when resolving incidents
- Partner with business, fraud, operations, infrastructure, data, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
- Help ensure the stability, availability, and effectiveness of fraud-related technology platforms
Analysis & Solution Design
- Perform application, software, and requirements analysis
- Conduct code reviews and evaluate software quality and maintainability
- Identify system risks, technical dependencies, and reliability concerns
- Participate in software modeling, architectural discussions, and solution design
