Description

You will lead the technical implementation and lifecycle management of Conga CLM and Salesforce.com environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle Conga CLM implementations, including enhancements and upgrades.
• Deliver new Conga CLM features to stakeholders through periodic system upgrades.
• Build and manage contract templates using X-Author.
• Translate business processes and user requirements into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Manage and escalate support cases through Conga support channels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Conga CLM and Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with X-Author, Office 365 collaboration, Approval Workflows, eSignature, Natural Language Search, and Contract Intelligence.
• Proficiency with Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with various applications.
• Experience with Salesforce data and metadata migration tools such as Metazoa or Copado.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and SAFe methodologies.
• Conga CLM and Salesforce.com certifications.
• Experience working in large, matrixed, and FDA regulated corporations.
• Technical experience with MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and Conga CPQ, Grid, or Composer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DocuSign, Evisort, or Icertis integrations.
• Active participation in the Salesforce and Conga communities.
