Description

You will design, develop, and support software solutions using DevOps methodologies and client business process analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop components, features, and sub-systems while participating in technical and functional specification design.
• Build Jenkins pipelines to release dev and prod jobs to CHEF and Ansible servers.
• Automate deployment and build processes for application servers using CHEF Cookbooks and Ansible Playbooks.
• Manage local deployments using Docker, self-hosted Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform.
• Configure Edge and Middle Microservices in AWS and maintain AWS environments for the development team.

Required Skills

• 12 months of professional experience in software development or network engineering with a focus on DevOps.
• Proficiency with Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience managing infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Working knowledge of GitLab and Atlassian Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with SVN and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
