Description

You will design and implement technical solutions for telecom domain requirements, balancing hands-on coding with business analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write technical solutions and documentation based on specific coding requirements.
• Gather business documents and technical requirements to reflect customer needs.
• Configure solutions and create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans.
• Communicate solution details and business process impacts to customer IT and business personnel.
• Resolve configuration and implementation-related issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and C scripting.
• Ability to balance technical coding (70%) with business analysis (30%).
• Proven experience in solution writing and technical specification.
• Knowledge of telecom industry business processes such as ETOM or ASOM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Amdocs Ensemble.
• Knowledge of .Net.
