Description

You will bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation through human-centered design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify problems and opportunities.
• Apply human-centered and data-driven principles to conceptualize and validate solutions.
• Perform task analysis, workflow analysis, process diagramming, and journey mapping.
• Create wireframes and multi-fidelity prototypes, conducting usability testing and evidence-based iteration.
• Design user interfaces, prepare detailed specifications, and provide implementation support.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience in Human-Centered Design within an agile environment.
• Proficiency in UX Design, Interaction Design, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with Axure, InVision, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe CS.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing interfaces for complex, multi-step interactions and data visualizations.
• Proficiency in responsive web or mobile application design using a mobile-first approach.
• Experience creating and executing usability tests.
• Familiarity with web accessibility, assistive technologies, and UX standards.
