Description

Lead the implementation, customization, and onboarding of applications to the Identity Management (IdM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard applications to the IdM and IAM stack.
• Build test automation for IdM sync mapping validation.
• Coordinate IGA implementation with offshore teams and review deliverables for quality.
• Interact with stakeholders to define roadmap, design, and implementation expectations.
• Execute technical plans through customization and scripting within existing deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with 4-5+ years specifically in IdM.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java and C++.
• Extensive experience with IdM/IGA deployment, configuration, provisioning, and sync.
• Deep understanding of IGA functionality including Access Review, Object Certification, and Request Access.
• Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL API integrations.
• Practical knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, Session management, OIDC, and FIDO.
• Solid grasp of RBAC, Scope Claim based access, and Policy based access.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing automation, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Node, React, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock.
• Specific IdM domain development experience.
