Description

Architect and implement scalable solutions on the Veeva Vault platform, focusing on quality and regulatory applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom functionalities and integrations using Veeva SDK, Java, Apex, and REST APIs.
• Design and configure Veeva platform components, including workflows, document types, lifecycles, and security settings.
• Provide Tier 1-3 application support, performing root cause analysis and resolving incidents, hotfixes, and defects.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Create technical documentation and provide guidance to junior team members on Veeva best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Veeva Vault platforms, specifically quality and regulatory applications.
• Proven expertise in Veeva SDK development for custom applications and integrations.
• Strong background in configuring Veeva Vault workflows, lifecycles, roles, and permissions.
• Proficiency in Java, Apex, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience providing application support, including troubleshooting and implementing hotfixes.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Veeva Quality Vault, Regulatory Vaults, and modules like QualityOne or RegulatoryOne.
• Knowledge of validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and change management in regulated settings.
• Veeva Administrator or Vault certifications.
